We would like to inform you that the Hungarian Government has announced the temporary suspension of the mechanism for recovering the excise tax on fuel. This measure is in effect from March 10, 2026, through May 1, 2026.
During this suspension, the recovery of the excise tax on fuel cannot be carried out according to the usual procedures.
Effective May 1, 2026, this decision will no longer be in effect, and the standard procedure for excise tax recovery will resume.
We recommend that you take this change into account when planning your operations and costs.
