This measure is in effect from March 10, 2026, through May 1, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During this suspension, the recovery of the excise tax on fuel cannot be carried out according to the usual procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Effective May 1, 2026, this decision will no longer be in effect, and the standard procedure for excise tax recovery will resume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recommend that you take this change into account when planning your operations and costs.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We would like to inform you that the Hungarian Government has announced the temporary suspension of the mechanism for recovering the excise tax on fuel.
